After having been caught up with work and then enduring a shoulder injury/replacement, I've been out of action on this site for a good while... but I'm back!
I've started adding some more recipes, the first being this Curry Mince Loaf which makes either a tasty lunch or dinner.

It's wonderful being able to sit outside once again and enjoy the sunset with a glass of two of vino and share a meal with friends. Braais are an obvious choice but sometimes the salads just become a little bit boring... so why not pickle some vegetables, allow to chill in the fridge with your wine for a few hours and spice up your meal.
These Pickled Carrots & Onions in a Jar are especially good but anything goes really... so have fun and be creative!

Spaghetti with Meatballs & Tomato Sauce
The fresh thick tomato sauce sprinkled with plenty of grated cheese over  the hearty meatballs really makes this dish.
Very moreish and can be served for dinner or lunch.

This Pork Belly Roast recipe makes the perfect crackling.  The pork is roasted with vegetables which are then used to make the most delicious gravy.  Serve with Perfect Roast Potatoes and Green Beans with Lemon, Garlic & Ginger.
