Mascarpone Kiwi Cheesecake
This Mascarpone Kiwi Cheesecake recipe has a low-carb biscuit base made from desiccated coconut & coconut flour - use it for all your biscuit base dessert recipes - it really works!  This particular cheesecake filling is quite tart and for those with a sweeter tooth, consider doubling the amount of stevia used and replace the kiwi fruit with sweet berries.

My cookbook is now revised for Banting/LCHF!

I have just finished updating my cookbook for Banting/LCHF.
A new section on all the basics to go Banting has been added and the Stocking the Kitchen section now has a Quick Guide and is colour-c
oded to LCHF (so you know what you can/can't eat!).
Most of the recipes have been updated to include Banting options & tips, and new recipes have been added for alternatives to Bread, Chips, Mash, Noodles, Pasta, Rice, Wraps, low-carb Dried Soup Mixes (to replace soup powders & flavourings to casseroles, stews, sauces, soups, etc) and how to make Biltong (a great LCHF snack!)
The revised eBook is now available for those who want to load it onto their PC, Note or eReader (saves connecting to the internet!).
