These low-carb Fritters made with cauliflower, onions, cheese & chillies bound together with almond flour are really tasty! This recipe normally serves 4 but I served them for lunch for just the two of us with rump steak and a salad and we polished off the lot! Unlike other low-carb fritters, these hold their shape and can be prepared well before serving. |
