Eggs Benedict

Two versions of the Hollandaise Sauce are provided; a traditional creamy version and a "foamy" version which is lighter & increases the volume of the sauce. The "foamy" version can be refrigerated, re-heated and even frozen for later use.

Breakfast is my best meal of the day but Eggs Benedict is definitely one of my favourites!
Served on top of lightly toasted Woolies' English Muffins makes this recipe quick & easy but the extra effort taken to bake your own fresh English Muffins is certainly worth it!
