I have just finished updating my cookbook for Banting/LCHF.
A new section on all the basics to go Banting has been added and the Stocking the Kitchen section now has a Quick Guide and is colour-coded to LCHF (so you know what you can/can't eat!).
Most of the recipes have been updated to include Banting options & tips, and new recipes have been added for alternatives to Bread, Chips, Mash, Noodles, Pasta, Rice, Wraps, low-carb Dried Soup Mixes (to replace soup powders & flavourings to casseroles, stews, sauces, soups, etc) and how to make Biltong (a great LCHF snack!)
The revised eBook is now available for those who want to load it onto their PC, Note or eReader (saves connecting to the internet!).
