This Cheese Soufflé recipe works every time and makes a large soufflé or 8 individual cup-size soufflés. Serve with a salad for lunch or a light supper, or with fried crispy bacon or pancetta for breakfast for 4 people. The small individual soufflés could also be served garnished with rocket for a starter for 8 guests. So versatile! |
