Deliciously light bread which you can also use to make rolls & muffins. Although this bread doesn’t keep for long, sliced bread can be wrapped in plastic, frozen to retain its freshness and then defrosted a slice at a time as needed. It toasts really well, too! Remember to grind the flaxseed just before making this bread as milled flaxseed goes rancid very quickly! | While not truly bread, Oopsie Rolls are softer and spongier and are more like a thick savoury crepe in texture. Use for sandwiches, hamburgers or hot dogs (without the stevia), or fill with whipped cream & berries for a dessert. Or use the entire mixture to make a pizza base & once cooked, top with your favourite pizza sauce & toppings before returning to the oven to grill. |
