Deliciously light bread which you can also use to make rolls & muffins. Although this bread doesn’t keep for long, sliced bread can be wrapped in plastic, frozen to retain its freshness and then defrosted a slice at a time as needed. It toasts really well, too! Remember to grind the flaxseed just before making this bread as milled flaxseed goes rancid very quickly!
While not truly bread, Oopsie Rolls are softer and spongier and are more like a thick savoury crepe in texture. Use for sandwiches, hamburgers or hot dogs (without the stevia), or fill with whipped cream & berries for a dessert. Or use the entire mixture to make a pizza base & once cooked, top with your favourite pizza sauce & toppings before returning to the oven to grill.
