We were lucky enough to have been able to get a box of super-sized crayfish tails (which I so prefer over having to deal with a whole crayfish!).
I've decided to go back memory lane and do 3 of my favourite crayfish recipes.
Here's the 1st - Crayfish Tails Thermidor which I served with savoury rice and a mixed tomato & pomegranate salad.
