Anyway it's worked for me and I feel so much better already - only 5kg to go!
On the top right of the A3Recipes.com home page I have provided Banting Alternatives for bread, chips, mash, noodles, pasta, pizza base, rice & wraps. Please try them and the snack option (biltong) and let me know if you have any other ideas or recipes which you would like to share.
