We are in the middle of a 2nd wave of Covid and I felt like some quick comfort food and so decided to make an old favourite - Macaroni Cheese. I still had gammon left over from the recent Christmas holiday festivities so I was able to used that up (finally, thank goodness!) and added some leeks which are always a winner. I really enjoyed it and I hope you do too! |
